How to Use
1. Squeeze and collect CBD in the dropper till the 1ml mark.
2. Release the dropper rubber and make sure to collect the liquid sublingually i.e. underneath your tongue.
3. Let the liquid absorb for 46-60 seconds. Swallow afterwards.
Suggested Dosage: 1ml once or twice a day. Best used on empty stomach in the morning. This product is also good to be used 45 minutes after dinner and 30 minutes before bed. Can also be used regularly with exercise and diet.

Interaction with pharmaceutical medicines:
It is advised that you consult your physician before administering CBD. If you have MCT oil allergy, refrain from using this product. CBD is metabolised in the liver. So please be advised to not take any antidepressants along with this. Take CBD at least after 3 days of administering such a drug.
