CANCELLATIONS

In case you wish to cancel your consultation after it has been booked. You can cancel your order by sending us an email at orders@itshemp.in within 1 hour of placing the order.

Once the consultation is scheduled with the doctor, you cannot request a refund.

Reschedule & Refund

Our policy states that refund, if approved will be  to be made directly to the customer’s bank account.
Incase, the appointment is scheduled with the doctor, the refund cannot be requested. You can however, reschedule your appointment based on the doctor’s availability.
