WHY THIS FORMULATION?
According to Ayurveda, the reason for pain is an imbalance in Vata, the bioenergy responsible for nerve conduction and all movements in the body. Hence, restoring the balance of Vata is essential in managing pain. The herbal combination used in this formulation serves the same purpose, as all the ingredients used are effective in balancing Vata and reducing pain.
These herbs contribute to the reduction of impulse conduction across the neuronal pathway, thus helping to manage pain. Castor oil or Eranda taila is one of the best remedies for aggravated Vata dosha. Shunti or Ginger in the formulation not only subsides Vata but also ensures that the gut is capable of properly absorbing these herbs to act. Full spectrum hemp extract, Boswellia, and Turmeric are proven analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs that have been used for ages for pain management.
