Dosage:

The ‘right’ amount of oil is different for everyone. Your Endocannabinoid system is unique and will respond differently to cannabinoids than someone else’s. Time of day will also influence your experienced effect (taking CBD during the day, for instance, will feel different than taking it for sleep). We always suggest you start low, and go slow and ease your way up to larger servings, over weeks or months, until you find the daily CBD levels that work best for you.

Start with Half Serving (0.5ml) per day and gradually increase the dosage.

Take One Full Serving (1ml) daily once or twice as per your need.

• Shake Well Before Use
• Press the dropper bulb and release it while submerged in oil.
• Take required serving orally, hold under tongue for 15-20 seconds, then swallow.
• Avoid touching the dropper to your mouth and/or tongue in order to preserve the quality of your CBD oil.
• Adjust serving if necessary.
